The entry into the rural apartments will be from 4:30 p.m. The departure is until 12:00 h.
* Reserve confirmation *
- To confirm the reservation we request an advance of 30% of the budget of the stay, which you can pay by card or by bank transfer within a maximum period of 24 hours.
* Cancellation policy *
You can cancel your reservation without any commitment up to one month before the date of entry. In this case, we will refund the total amount of the reservation.
After that period, you do not lose your advance, we will keep it for a period of one year so that you can enjoy our accommodation on another date, as long as there is availability.
* Limitations of use of Hacienda Llamabúa *
We want you to enjoy your stay, but there are some necessary limits for a good coexistence.
- Access to the farm with pets is not allowed. We have reached an agreement with a dog residence. Ask us about this option.
- Smoking is not allowed in the common areas, enclosed pool area, children's area, or inside the hotel and apartments. Yes, it will be possible to smoke on terraces and the rest of the spaces of the estate that remain outdoors.
- It is not allowed to change the furniture in any of the hotel rooms. If you have any specific needs, contact us.
- In no case can the maximum number of people that was set during the reservation be exceeded in both the rooms and the apartments. Each accommodation accommodates a maximum of people that we previously communicate both verbally and in the information available on the web.
- In the case of children under twelve years of age, you can request an extra bed at the price marked on our website. For children under 3 years of age, we offer you a cot at no cost. In case of requiring one, it would have the price set on the web.
